We have used 3CS Carpentry for multiple projects, and thereâ s a reason why. Itâ s SO hard to find reliable contractors that not only show up to do the work, but the quality of work that we wanted. Carlos and his team are so thorough and meticulous with everything they do and very respectful. We used them for our tiny house and they remodeled and extended our bathroom, made a kitchenette, bench, ladder with storage to our little bedroom loft and painted everything, plus so much more. Other times in our main home theyâ ve installed crown molding for us, base boards, constructed our laundry room and pantry and much more. I would 100% recommend them for anything. They are worth the prices they charge because they get the job done and done right. Their work is so beautiful and we get compliments all of the time on our home because of the work they did!

Carlos is extremely capable,knowledgeable and professional. He was in constant communication with us and followed through on his promises throughout the home remodeling project. His insightful suggestions/ recommendations were especially helpful. He also followed up on anything that we discovered or needed help with after the project was completed. He was a Godsend to us. I wold recommend him without reservation for any home improvement/construction/repair project you might have.

Carlos and Ricky were wonderful to work with! They were very detailed about the process so I would know exactly what to expect. Carlos also offered helpful suggestions for my DIY projects too! I am very pleased with the overall outcome of my project, including the custom wood feature wall they did; my ABSOLUTE favorite!!! I have an upcoming project that has their name written all over it! He does great work!!! He responses to your text in a timely manner doesn't matter what time day or night. He answered all of my questions without Hesitation and without a question. The work was done in a timely manner and it is quality work. He will be doing other projects for me.

CJ was very professional he took my vision and turn it into a reality. From beginning to end CJ was very flexible and accommodating to our wants and needs . Our covered patio looks as if it was built when we builted our home. Everything blends with our home colors textures and materials . We are very happy with the finshed product. We will be using CJ on future projects.

We had a large covered concrete porch added to the front of our house, as well as siding replaced. I am very pleased and impressed with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and work ethic Carlos and his crew have. He kept me well informed of their expected timeline and kept very close to the estimated schedule. Small changes to the project were discussed, recommendations made, and estimated cost increase/decrease discussed. I constantly receive compliments from friends and neighbors about how well the project turned out â I even received a compliment from the building inspector on the quality of craftsmanship. I will be calling Carlos for my next project for sure!

Carlos takes obvious pride in his work. The craftsman style porch with roof addition he built was beyond our expectations! He's creative, honest and steadfast. HIGHLY recommend this business. He and his crew became friends during this process... There is nothing negative to say.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job, and left my home spotless. They completed all of the baseboards, crown molding, and a few other additional things (door casing, installed stair nose) in 2 days. He was prompt to get back to me, and kept me up to date throughout the day. I've never left contractors in my home, but I felt totally comfortable and safe knowing they would take good care of my home. I will be hiring him for future projects!

Superior Work !!!! Had two exterior doors and two storm doors installed. They did a FANTASTIC job, cleaned up the entire area as if they had never been there, and more important due to budget conscious the price was great! I was MORE than pleased, so happy I can enjoy my storm doors and will definitely use this company again due to the experience, knowledge and the customer service shown!

Carlos is model of what any contractor should be. He was professional, friendly, and hard working. He completed the work in a timely manner and worked extra hours in a day to complete the work ahead of schedule. He was very flexible regarding how/where the materials were purchased and offered sound advice on how to best obtain the materials for the project which resulted in a 30% savings from the DIY store. All contractors should work to high quality of service Carlos provided.

CJ did an incredible job, with great timing at a fair price. From the beginning while he was quoting the work, he is clear and up front. He even went above and beyond and gave some tips on a project I am working on myself. We will be using him from all of our future projects.
