Most of what we do is full tear-out and replacement. We remove the old cracked, settling, or spalling concrete, rebuild the base the right way, and pour new. We also handle driveway extensions and widening, aprons and curb cuts, stamped and decorative concrete, and concrete repair.\n\nOur crews have poured more than 38,000 residential concrete projects. Every job gets a dedicated project coordinator, up-front pricing with no surprise change orders, and a final walkthrough before we call it finished. Licensed and insured.\n\nNeed a new driveway? "Satisfied to the utmost. Ronnie was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He and his crew took the time to explain everything that was being done and completed the job in the time he (Ronnie) stated. I was truly impressed with the quality of work done for the price I paid. My next door neighbor came over and surveyed the new/widened driveway and is now making plans to have his driveway redone by PAVE ALL. Again Ronnie and his Crew did an outstanding job and I will not hesitate to recommend them and PAVE ALL. Norman S."

"Nicolas and his team did many times more than we expected. We needed French drains all around the house - metal roof, no gutters - plus hardscaping entryway beds and grading and drainage in a sloped gravel driveway that needs repair about every four years. In two days Nicolas completed everything. He regraded and sloped the driveway, installing two French drains we hadn't even talked about to redirect the water. This is the second project we've gotten him to do for us. The good news: you'll get great work if you hire him. The bad news: he is so good you'll have to wait. The word is out - he's booked months ahead. If you have a project you want done right and you can wait a bit, call Nicolas."

"Vale and his team did an outstanding job on our driveway. From start to finish, they were professional, meticulous, courteous, and genuinely committed to making sure the job was done right. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed on time and met our expectations. It’s clear that Vale takes a lot of pride in his work and stands behind the quality his team delivers. The entire experience was smooth and professional, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Vale and his team to friends, family, and colleagues and would not hesitate to use them again for any future concrete work. If you’re looking for a dependable concrete contractor who cares about quality and doing things the right way, I highly recommend Vale and his team."

Asphalt Driveways questions, answered by experts

Asphalt edging secures the sides of your driveway to prevent crumbling and cracking over time. Most driveways have edges with a 45-degree grading. This helps transfer some of the stress from the asphalt to the ground underneath. If your driveway doesn’t have proper edging, the pressure from your car may break down the edges over time.

You can expect your asphalt pavement to last anywhere from 20 to 30 years, or 25 years on average. The life expectancy of your asphalt driveway depends on the climate, the amount of traffic, and how well you maintain it. While you can’t necessarily control some of these factors, you can control the amount of maintenance effort you put into your driveway.

To prevent your asphalt from deteriorating prematurely, you should follow a good maintenance routine involving regular cleaning, reparation work, and resealing.

Gravel is the cheapest way to extend a driveway. Gravel is an affordable, practical option that’s easy to install and perfect for DIY projects, helping you save on labor costs. It can be quickly spread and leveled to create extra driveway space without heavy preparation. While gravel doesn’t offer the same durability or finished look as concrete or asphalt, its low cost makes it ideal for budget-conscious homeowners who want a functional solution without overspending.

The cost to replace a driveway ranges from $8 to $15 per square foot, depending on factors that include material, size, and labor. If your driveway has deep cracks, potholes, or drainage issues (or if it’s simply past its prime), replacement might be the smarter investment over constant repairs. Resurfacing can be a cheaper alternative at $3 to $20 per square foot, but it won’t fix your driveway’s underlying problems.

Asphalt and tarmac are not the same thing. Traditional tarmac, short for tarmacadam, uses tar as a binder to hold crushed stone together. Asphalt uses bitumen—a byproduct of crude oil—to bind aggregate. Though tarmac was once a go-to for roads, asphalt has become the modern standard. And these days, most surfaces referred to as “tarmac” are actually asphalt. So, while the names may overlap, the key distinction lies in the binder—tar for tarmac and bitumen for asphalt.
