"Jay & son were excellent, courteous, friendly technicians. Was frustrated from a previous company recommended by Warranty company who was closer. That company came in diagnosed work did not pull out any appliance just looked at it & said it couldn't be fixed.. Was upset, called back &: requested Jay although he was further away & he had come before. They came in went right to work; within a few moments had service. I would highly recommend L& K for all my appliance needs. They had excellent Customer Service. My husband &:I can't say enough about how they take pride in satisfaction from the Customer."
