"Travis was awesome -- he got back to my request promptly, but was booked out for a month. He suggested I call and perhaps he could walk me through the repair over the phone, no charge. 8 bucks for some compressed air, and my logs are good as new. "Our gas water heater failed on Super Bowl Sunday. I got on-line looking for a repair. After reading their 5 star reviews I called. To my surprise I received a call the same hour, made an appointment for Monday morning 9am. They showed up, on time, gave me a reasonable quote. They took out the old equipment, installed a highly rated unit and were gone within 3 hours. The unit came with a 6 year warranty but they added free labor to the warranty. Very happy with their service"
