"Travis was awesome -- he got back to my request promptly, but was booked out for a month. He suggested I call and perhaps he could walk me through the repair over the phone, no charge. 8 bucks for some compressed air, and my logs are good as new. That's above and beyond service, and I appreciate it - they'll have my business in the future!"

"Their service man Jesse was outstanding. I am a widow and he helped me understand over phone how to turn off just water supply to tank and turn off my gas. He went over and above in his job in helping my whole situation!!!!!"

"Boone installed a new gas line and indoor shut-off valve for my fireplace. He quoted a fair and competitive price and saved me quite a bit of money. Boone arrived promptly explained everything he needed to do and set to immediately to work. He was so polite, personable and conscientious. He took the time to show me how to operate the fireplace and ensured I was aware of all safety protocol. I highly recommend Mil-Spec Gas works!"

"Our gas water heater failed on Super Bowl Sunday. I got on-line looking for a repair. After reading their 5 star reviews I called. To my surprise I received a call the same hour, made an appointment for Monday morning 9am. They showed up, on time, gave me a reasonable quote. They took out the old equipment, installed a highly rated unit and were gone within 3 hours. The unit came with a 6 year warranty but they added free labor to the warranty. Very happy with their service"

"Installed two heat pumps with duct work replacement. Polite, professional, on time, and quality work. Knowlegable sale rep who was able to put together a better package combining a varible speed air handler with suggested heat pump to achieve the desired syatem seer efficiency for less than competitors larger and more expensive units with the single and two stage handler. First week of 90+ and house never been so comfortable."

"Ncpd showed up on time for all the projects. The owner of the company asked excellent questions about the project before he began. He works closely with the homeowner throughout the process. It was done early on time and on budget. And passed final inspection with no problems. Highly"

"One of the best contractors I have experienced Very knowledgeable and Professional. He removed our old gas logs and installed gas log we had purchased on the internet"

"So over the last 30 years we tried to hire someone to fix our chimney damper. In that time this was the only company that came back twice lol. (Seriously, those in WNC know the struggle about companies quoting repairs and hired only to never be heard from again) The repair was not easy, but he offered a unique solution. They were reasonably priced. Communicated effectively. I would absolutely recommend Blueridge Chimney to anyone."
