Flow came the day after I submitted a request for repair. So fast!! The oven needed a part which also came quickly. The repairman came on Wednesday to replace the part, but he was unable to finish that day. He came the next day after speaking with a tech person and the oven is working!! Yay! We were worried we would have to buy a new stove/oven. So very happy it was fixed. Saved us a lot of money. Excellent company. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend Flow Appliance Repair.

Aylon to the rescue!! I will never buy an extended warranty again our refrigerator quit working (Sep 12) while I had 9 family members here for my mothers bday. The (Company Name Removed) people told me first available would be Oct 12, I was beyond mad. Called flow (Aylon) and he came the same day. Although he had to wait for a part, Aylon came right back when the part arrived. Professional, friendly and priced right! I will ALWAYS call Flow first!

Repairman was unable to repair my dishwasher.He offered to refund all of my money,but I agreed to accept one half because he was very professional.However,He has never paid me the agreed upon refund and has not answered my text.Could not recommend him.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and I called around for technicians to take a look at it. I couldn't find anyone who could come out before at least a week until I contacted Alon Harris at Flow Appliance repair. He came out that same day and replaced the defective part the next day. Alon has over a decade of experience, is professional, courteous and personable. I recommend him highly.
