"He took my money for half the job. He got parts, (he said). I've waited 3 weeks, he is a no show, rescheduled and no show. I now have to wait another week. I am beginning to think Rodney is a scam artist. He has plenty of time to schedule work, but no time to do the work as scheduled. He has dropped me 2x and told me he has too many jobs to schedule, no time to do the work."

So pleased with his work that we had him go do some repairs on my mother’s brick porch. He is also a good communicator and gives great customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again"

"Watch out for this guy! On the positive side he's efficient, quick, well equipped, and can handle pretty much anything that comes along. On the negative side he's apt to be confrontational, and very quick to blame everyone else – homeowner and other contractors alike – for mistakes of his own making. And there's the matter of cost. The last of several jobs done at this location was supposed to be on the basis of time and materials, in which case I would have expected to see a breakdown of hours and materials cost. Not so, according the bill he just presented, and which I duly paid. Where's the analysis of cost, I asked? There isn't one, that's my price, period, and if you don't pay it, see you in small claims court (how reassuring is that?). Deducting for materials (my guesstimate), he billed me at something in the region of $125 per hour. A bit steep, if you check the going rate in NC. My advice – get a firm price."
