During the emergency, we all endured over the Christmas Holiday 2022, with frozen/burst pipes, Mike was here to our rescue! He provided excellent services to five family homes and resolved issues. I want to thank Nick and Nate of T.P. Howard Plumbing. We placed a call due to a leak in a gas line that occurred recently. Dominion Power had shut off the gas to the particular unit it serviced, leaving the tenants without service. Nike and Nate came out that day and promptly found the cause of the situation and worked quickly to resolve the matter. Both were polite, professional and very very knowledgeable. They had to go through roofs, get up in ceilings as well as carry equipment up and down the stairs numerous times. I personally don't see using anyone else when it comes to our plumbing needs. Two men came out and they determined that there was a problem with the faucet. 3-4 months before that I have a problem with my toilet. It was blocked at between the toilet and floor and they came on emergency, so I used them twice.

Totally professional, punctual, reasonable and friendly.

Removed old disposal and replaced with new unit. Quick, efficient job and new unit works perfectly.

The job went great, TP Howard is our "go to" company, and they don't disappoint. Justin had been here to give us a quote, and there were no costly surprises. Great...fast and troublefree

The service was impressive. The service men, Scott and Shawn, arrived on time and went right to work. They were efficient with their time, worked clean, were respectful of our property, and responsive to our questions. They are excellent representatives of T.P. Howard's Plumbing.

We had a cold, windy night and our pipes froze up. One burst, and when I called several local plumbers, everyone was busy. TP Howard has manpower advantage. From looking at their site, it appears they have 30+ plumbers on hand. I called and explained our situation and the lady who answered the phone kindly explained she could not guarantee anyone would be out that day, which was a bummer since we had to shut the water off to prevent further damage. Within two hours, the plumbers were at our house. Within fifteen minutes of their arrival, the broken pipe was repaired and our water was back on. They were quick, professional, and courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

Fantastic! We found the leak around 2:30 pm on a Monday afternoon. We put in a call to TP Howards who had been recommended to us by our neighbor who just had the same problem. The office said she didn't know what time it would be but someone would be there that day and true to that promise their crew members came around 6:30. They could not do the repair work that night but at 8:00 AM the next morning their men showed up and went right to work. By 10:30 the work was done and thankfully, my water was back on. What I like about TP Howards is that right from the beginning they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. The cost was very reasonable and straightforward since they charge a flat rate per hour without adding any extras like travel time or service fee. The quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely be recommending them. It is never easy being without water and thanks to Kate, Steve, Robert, and Jason for making the experience much more bearable.

I have never been let down, they always respond with quickness and kindness. I have never had to call them back on work done; it's done perfectly from the start. They have fixed leaks, clogs, installed laundry connections and a disposal, even special requests like creating a drain for my dehumidifier. No reason to ever call anyone else. Thanks, Josh!

TP Howard's plumbers were fantastic. I gave them a call when my old water heater went out and they were at the house within an hour to drain the old one, which had become clogged with sediment and install the new water heater that I had purchased at Lowe's. They even hauled off the old water heater at a fantastic price. I had called another plumber because their office was within 2 miles of my home ( I won't mention their name) and they wanted $1350 to put in a water heater that they wanted to provide. I went to Lowes and purchased a top of the line, Whirlpool 50 gallon water heater for $450 and TP Howards had it installed in no time. They saved me over $650. I have a real estate business and have recommended them many times to clients that need plumbing services. They have always done a great job at a great price.

On Sunday 4/12/15 my water heater (WH) started to show a small leak at the bottom. I couldn't find the source of the leak but it appeared minimal. I went on to Angie's List and picked out three recommended plumbers that did WHs. I received an immediate reply from the first one and explained the problem. They said they would have someone out the next day. They came late Monday  and said the only remedy was new tank but could not do until Thursday. On Tuesday AM  I then contacted T P Howard, who was also a recommended contractor, and they dispatched a crew immediately. The two men assessed the problem and said new WH was the only real option. They shut down the hot water system and drained the WH. They also explained that the original installation was missing some basic cut-off valves and that they would upgrade w/the install. The install went flawlessly and they also installed a drain pan under the WH as well as setting up a floor drain for the pressure relief flow and a  drain for flushing the WH.

The crew was extremely professional and explained all of the things they found as well as all of the things they were doing with the install.  Additionally, their price was lower than the quote from the first contractor that couldn't do the job on time. The overall experience with T P Howard was excellent and I would highly recommend them as plumbing contractor and I plan to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Now, when I placed the service call we were in the midst of a major ice and snow storm. They were booked due to the fact that many of their clients were experiencing broken water lines. I told them that it was not an emergency and they could delay the
visit and "fit It in" when their schedule was open. Well, thru ice and snow they showed up within 48 hours. Surprise! We were pleased with their response time. The technician was most professional although we were concerned that he may fall on the ice getting the the crawl space. He took his time and did an excellent job. Thanks for your great work.
