Provider called to say was running about 30 minutes late about an hour before was scheduled to come.  When arrived looked over job and went right to work. When come back to check on him, was still working and said he had run into more than he had thought he would on getting out stains and had also found some small paint stains that even we had not seen. I asked if I needed to adjust the payment and he said that was not necessary. When checked back again, he had finished and left a sample of spot remover.
Job was done very professionally and he got out spots, melted wax, and other things that other cleaners had said they could not remove. Very good work and would definitely use again

Fantastic job, Len even got out stains that other companies said could not be removed. Not only used the truck based steam cleaner but also spent a lot of time hand scrubbing stains with no extra charge.

This is a very professional service. Great detail was given to providing a realistic estimate of the service, the workers showed up  very close to the appointed time, the work was the best I have ever had with great detail given to removing old stains. The workmen were professional and very personable. While it cost a bit more to have this company clean my carpets it was well worth the added money to have my carpets actually look like new. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Mr. Benoit arrived exactly as promised. He inspected the carpet and showed me area's of wear for my own information. He began cleaning and I was amazed with the quality of the work. Mr. Benoit is not like the normal carpet cleaning businesses... in and out in no time whatsoever. He made sure that every spot was removed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you are looking for quality then Sparkling Klean is for you.
