"My initial phone call was returned within 2 hours, after a description of the work a price was given, the cleaning was scheduled for the next day at 4:30 pm, that evening Ken called to say they had a cancellation and would be able to come between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. I returned the call letting him know that would be fine. He arrived at 2:30 pm, with a helper, the proceeded to move furniture off the rug and complete the cleaning which took until 4pm.
