Crystals CleaningCrystal was punctual and arrived on time and once details were discussed as to what we would like done, she wasted no time and went straight to work! It was evident that she is a hard worker as it took her almost 7 hours to complete her deep clean on our house. I was very happy with her work and look forward to her coming back every other week! House Cleaning is one of those things that I stress over but am always so busy that I hardly ever get to do the deep cleaning that needs to be done, which the stresses me out even more. Jaydens Haven CleaningI had a GREAT experience and will be booking them on regular weekly basis. As the owner of pets and with three small kids in the house, it was great to find someone that cleaned with natural, fumes free products. They took their time and did extra things like organize the pantry and clean the oven. Other services were too expensive, did not offer English speaking employees neither came in the evening time! We have already booked a complete months service with Jaydens Haven Cleaning services! They DONT charge by the hour which is a financial blessing to us! I'm honestly skeptical of these reviews. I needed someone to help my mother after my dad passed to do a one time cleaning top to bottom. They gave quote after looking at the house of $320. The were about 40 minutes late on the day of the cleaning no big deal, they had 4 people who worked approx from about 10am-4pm minus lunch and breaks so lets say 4.5 hrs x 4 people so 18 hrs on day one, I came to see the work the next day and was to say the least upset. I had a business doing cleaning for Gainesville's "HUD". Each cleaning had to be signed off on by inspector and typically as a 1-2 "man" crew, it took me 4-8 hrs for a 1-3br house to clean everything including stripping the floors (returned to wax). I've cleaned some things I don't even speak of without cringing. So when I saw the minuscule amount of work they did in the time, I had to let them go the 2nd day, especially after they showed up after 10, went on break about 10:45, then took a lunch at 12, I guess after my mom left them the check, they didn't care IDK. The boss came and then argued with me they weren't done, this was at 1pm, supposed to finish around 4, I told them there was NO WAY they would finish the house if all they did was the bathrooms, baseboards, & kitchen, none of which were done to a standard that would pass inspections. Sorry this is long, but like I said, I'm skeptical of reviews when all the say is, they were good, they do good job. In my opinion they don't, they were polite, they did answer my calls or return promptly, the boss was polite despite my disgust with the work, so I didn't give them all failing, but I personally would NEVER recommend them. The pictures below are of the areas they "cleaned", when I brought up they were dusty, they said they still had a few hours. So if in 18 hrs the first day and 2ppl x 2 hrs the second day left that amount of dust on areas they supposedly worked on, how could I possibly let them continue? So hire at your own discretion.
