Since this was an emergency he actually came in a timely fashion, he was a little late but that was to be expected since he had to go thru "school-bus rush hour traffic", not only in Fayetteville but also when he arrived in Raeford.
He was very cordial and explained the whole process to me. He was done in about 2 hrs. Sucking up the excess water and washing my the rugs on throughout the lower level..
I will be calling Mr. Crawford again before the Holiday season

I left a message for services, He phoned me back the same day and set an appointment. He phoned me the night before to confirm adrress and time. He phoned when he was on his way, he arrived on time. He did a thorough job cleaning and checking for spots. Very pleasant and professional gentleman.

We are selling our house and the carpets really needed a clean just from high traffic areas. I also had a few gum spots where our puppies got a hold of a pack of gum! I called Mr. Crawford to come clean my carpets, I had left a message on his machine. He called me back within 15 minutes and was very flexible he worked around my schedule. He showed up on time and cleaned three rooms in one hour. My carpets looked brand new and all the gum was gone! He was very friendly and also gave a 10% discount for military.
