"Mark Bogle came out and went through every question we could throw at him . Very professional and patient . We decided to move ahead with the project . It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days . Im a very happy and grateful customer . I highly recommend Moisture Loc ."

"The West Shore Home installers, Ethan and Dexter did a very good job from start to finish. They arrived at 8:45 AM and finished the project at 3:45 PM. They measured, and re-measured, which was a good feeling for me. While they joked about this "being their first time", I could tell they had done an install like this previously. They figured out a couple of nuances with the drain system and had all the correct tools to complete the job. A service manager, Cody, actually came by and gave them a few tips while they were completing the caulking. Overall, we are pleased with the experience. Yes we would recommend West Shore to others."
