He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. "Mark Bogle came out and went through every question we could throw at him . Very professional and patient . We decided to move ahead with the project . It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days . "Jerry Dunlap provided a printed quotation for the work within 30 minutes after measuring and assessing the work to be done. Mr. Dunlap made some excellent suggestions to improve the project. The price was comparable to other quotations, but was much more detailed about the scope of work. He and his crew arrived on time to perform the work. All concrete removal, grading, and formwork was complete in the first day. The concrete was placed the second day. To avoid damage to the existing driveway, all trucks remained on the street. Old concrete was removed with a Bobcat and fresh concrete was hauled in with a small self-powered machine. The quality of the work is excellent. Rebar ties to the old concrete, rebar reinforcement at the new curb, beautiful finish. The crew was respectful of the property and properly cleaned the area of food wrappers, etc. I highly recommend this company."
