It took 45 days to complete all the projects that she hired me to do and after each project she paid me in full very happy with everything that we’ve done we’ve poured four sidewalks three patios, one huge parking area that connects two separate garages, a driveway, apron and a fire pit. All the concrete was stamped colored and stained. The work is so beautiful. I’ve used the pictures on this job and posted it on my webpage kongconcrete.com. I am very proud of this job. She also left me a five star voice mail review which I have on recording and will be glad to play it for anyone who wishes to hear it. It wasn’t until the end when she found out she didn’t have any more money, but she wanted a refund on her Concrete so she could renovate her detached two-story garage for this kid that she grew attached to from the contractor before me after he had started the job and then left in the middle of it, she hired me to fix it and then kept hiring me to do different projects all Concrete we even epoxyed her garage floor at the time she had other contractors over there doing other work the upstairs was remodeled hardwood floors throughout the house she bought this kid a $30,000 Dooley pick up truck started him a business insurance license the works and he doesn’t have any knowledge of any type of work. I was showing him how to fix a hole in [Member Name Removed]’s sheet rock. She wanted me to teach this kid everything I knew in Concrete she needed this money to renovate this garage to put him in it so she asked for a refund on Concrete at the end and that’s where we ended up with this crazy review from her please check out the job. "I quoted this gentleman the price of a job that was the exact same size as another job for another customer that required no work at all. It was already framed up, dug out ready to go. The customer got it ready, but these two jobs were exact same square footage exact same size pads. I got the two mixed up when I gave him the bid through the email that evening. All I did was back out of the deal, giving him an opportunity to go with someone else instead of trying to jack the price up explaining to him I couldn’t do the job I would be losing $2000 if I helped youso all I did was back out and this is what I got"
