"The technician replaced my top of the line shower head with a funky, ghetto shower head. It took him less than ten minutes. He charged me 260.00 for ten minutes of labor and a poor, cheap quality shower head. The charge was absolutely unreasonable and I now have a shower head with low pressure - the problem that I was trying to fix. Without telling me he replaced the shower head with a water saver shower head - one of the cheapest around. I fixed the shower head because I am selling my house and the buyer noticed the low pressure on the shower head during the final walk through and asked to have it fixed prior to closing. If the shower head was of high quality, I would have had an easier time accepting the outrageous charge. The service technician wore his boots into my shower and turned on the shower. I had to get a towel for him to clean off his boots. His actions showed that he had little regard for my home or my possessions. He should have worn protective booties before he entered my home. This transaction was highway robbery."
