I have been waiting for 3 years for Swimme & Son/ABC Seamless to repair three windows that have filled with moister. The tub/shower itself looks good. I needed the bathroom completely removed, subfloors, plywood removed and new ones out in. Once subfloor was newly installed I kept telling them that the floor was wobbly. They ignored me. They then set the toilet on wooden blocks for 3 weeks while waiting for the flooring installer. I asked if that would damage the toilet, was told “no”. 3 weeks later after flooring was installed, including air bubbles under the vinyl, the plumber arrived to reinstall the toilet. He asked me why was the toilet left sitting on wooden blocks, because that’s the way Swimme and Son left it. The caulk was turning tan within a week of tub and floor being installed. They left cracks in the corners of the sink and along the trim where it meets the floor. I later had foundation experts look under my house and they asked who in the world did the bath floors, because one can see the vinyl and spaces from under the house. When a flashlight is on under the bath floor anyone in the bath can see the light. The subfloor was not supported by anything. The nearest joist was about 18 inches away, but they didn’t cut the plywood-subfloor there. The bath floor was partially sitting on air. When I called them they said they had nothing to do with the floor…my receipt says “subfloors installed” and I was watching them for days remove and install the subfloor. If you hire this company you will have to pay extra to someone else to right the work, just like I am now doing.

Awful, just awful. I think this is the worst investment experience of my life. Some of the highlights are S&S installed a walk-in shower stall,  not level, so it does not completely drain, a Sunroom with wall seams un-sealed so you can see daylight right through, and of course the rain can and does blow through with hard winds, and with steps that repeatedly failed county code inspections and was eventually completely replaced by another contractor at my expense.
