Very well. Once all warranty work was complete with the manufacturer, George & Co replaced the unit 2 days later. Out of pocket cost was ~$500.

Mike checked to see if my system was still under warranty for the part and it was, saving me several hundred dollars in the process. After getting the new heat exchanger at the shop, he replaced my old one very quickly and efficiently. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I have called George and Co. for problems twice since they installed a new heat pump and air handler in November 2015. It turned out that neither problem was related to their installation. One was a clogged drain and the other was the old disconnect box. Both times they came out the day I called and quickly fixed the problem. I had bought their labor warranty, but I thought since the problems were not their fault that they would charge me. They did not.

When my AC unit froze over, I went to their location to ask for their advise. Without hesitation they assured me it was most likely an easy fix that they encounter often. Someone was at my house within the hour that same day. The problem was identified when the tech found defrost wires that were never connected when the unit was installed 7 years ago! Not bad for 100 bucks.

Visited once to give an estimate, estimate was detailed for parts, labor, and approximate time of project. Had the service done about a month later and everything went perfectly. Final outcome looks and performs exactly as expected.

George and Company originally gave me a quote that was very high when I went through Lowe's (almost double what I paid) but they quickly called me back to inform me that if you go through Lowe's for the financing they require them to offer a very expensive unit. They quoted me for a Trane unit that was sized for my small house and a lower SEER number to fit my budget. Another company gave a quote of $1000 dollars higher for the same unit.
I rated responsiveness a C because of how hard it is to get them to call back, I imagine this is because they seem to be very busy, but it was still difficult, even after being told they would call me right back on two occasions by the receptionist. After I recieved the quote and decided on an install date I would be told I would get a call back to set up the appointment and three days later- no call. I did eventually get it scheduled but I had to call back over and over.
They arrived on time and called before they came. My wife was home when they arrived and wasn't very pleased when they started drilling a hole for the electrical line in the laundry room and let all the saw dust spill over a laundry basket without cleaning it up. That knocked the professionalism of the install crew to a B. They also used the bathroom without asking, which wasn't really that big of a deal, I just thought it was a little strange they didn't at least ask first.
Those two small incidents weren't such a big deal, the only real annoyance was how hard it was to get a in touch with them or get a call returned. The price was hard to beat and the install was very quick, Overall I was happy with the work done.

The repairman had to return to the shop to get appropriate parts. All work was completed in one afternoon in a timely manner.

After obtaining several Estimates, George's seem to provide the best quality system for the best price. They did the install when they said they would, and completed the job the same day. The only problem was that the house Oven wiring was left disconnected in the electrical panel, but when I informed them it wasn't working, and why, they came out quickly and fixed it. Overall it was a good experience, and I feel the Company will stand by their work!!

I found them in the Yellow Pages. I called and the following day, Sunday, Nikki came by to get the scope of our projects. She was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The following Thursday she and another fellow came at 8:15 as promised and they were finished and the mess cleaned up in 3.5 hours. Nikki sent the bill about three days later and I was delighted by the same. Its isn't often that a bill for services like this is pleasantly surprising.
