I've been trying to schedule an appointment to have a complete auto detailing on my Hyundai Sonata. This gentleman does not pick up the phone nor returning your messages either by email or phone. He might be great but his customer service is really lousy.

Mr. Ray was polite, friendly, considerate, professional to the maximum. I would definitely recommend him and would love to get another service in the future!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again so much Mr. Ray, we were able to put it in the storage today :)

Great. I have used Ray multiple times. He comes to the door, get the keys and when he is done he brings the keys back. My car is spotless. I have recenlty moved and really miss him. He is one of the best. And a nice guy to boot.

"A" is not high enough. Angie's List needs a new grading system or new categories for Ray. There needs to be a measurement for Pride, Professionalism and Dedication to a job well done. We were on a short time frame and looking at the other reviews, we weren't sure we could get an appointment. Ray fit us in the next day at 4:30 PM. He worked on our car until he was working under our garage lights at almost 10 PM to get it PERFECT. The interior was not "over-cleaned" meaning soaked and greasy with protectant and reeking of perfume (and soaking wet with shampoo as some other detailers will leave it). It was actually cleaned. Dirt and debris removed, surfaces brought back to life, and the stains that could be removed were removed. We do a lot of gardening and so the trunk has hauled some pretty messy stuff in 3 years despite our efforts to contain it. (He joked he could sell a load of mulch later!) Well he made that dirt and dust completely disappear and cleaned up some scratches on the plastic bumper as well...it was great! Of course, we had to wait until the next morning to appreciate that this man really knows what he's doing. The exterior of the car was like brand new. Since we took delivery of the car in mid-winter, I'm not sure it EVER looked this good. (The buyer is very happy too, by the way.) These days anybody with a cell phone, a pressure-washer and a wet-vac can slap a plastic sign on a van and call themselves a mobile detailer. But this guy is the real deal. We WILL use him again.

Amazing workmanship & attention to detail. My car actually looked brand new, just like the day I got it (and it's 6 yrs. old). Although I don't abusse my car I do use it to haul smaller home-furnishing items, transport dogs and of course reconfigure the seats constantly. Ray cleaned "nooks and crannies" I hadn't know existed. Am scheduling him to detail our other car (a sedan).

Amazing! Remarkable, perfect!! As Ray states, he IS a different kind of person! His brain just works on a different channel!! Still, he is a sweetie, and takes his work seriously. He takes deep pride in his cars. He was here over 4 hours, making sure everything was attended to and done right. You can't go wrong with Ray. And his costs are very reasonable.

I have to give Ray great credit for the car detailing service that I received from him. I originially bought this service from Angie's list more than a year ago, but due to my own busy schedule I never got back in touch with Ray to get it done. I recently remembered that I had purchased the service and emailed Ray through Angie's list to see if he would still do the work. He responded to me immediately, honored the original purchase, and the work was completed less than a week later. He did an excellent job and I would definitely use him again.

I found Ray here on Angie's list and decided to call him after reading his great reviews. After playing phone tag with me for over 2 weeks (when most companies would have given up, I work odd hours) Ray and I finally hooked up and set a date to have the work done. He told me on the phone it would be a good day for me and he was correct. Ray arrived within the time set and we talked and walked around the truck so he could find out what I am looking to have done. After much talk (he is a talker, as am I, and a very funny guy) he told me to go inside to watch football and he would begin work. I let him know if he needed anything to knock and he stated "that was not going to happen, I have everything I need. Just enjoy the break and nap if you like". Well I didn't get the nap but I got all the chores done while he was working. The truck paint came out 3 times better than I thought it could, the black in the grill and molding was no longer a dull washed out gray, and I could see myself in the paint. Ray talks in realistic terms that are easy to understand and does not make promises impossible to keep. He did such a great job I gave him an $30 tip and told him to take himself out for dinner. Worth every penny of it as his prices are better than anywhere else I checked.

Fantastic! Have used Ray multiple times. He knocks on the door, I hand him the keys, when he is done he knocks and voila I have a clean car. He is a very nice guy and does a perfect job on my car and my neighbor is raving about him as well. He started using him last month.

Mr. Taylor has been maintaining my wife's vehicles for over 15 years. He's always professional, cheerful, and meticulous. People are always shocked when they find out the age of the truck. It's 12 years old and still looks new. Punctuality is not applicable for us because Mr. Taylor fits us into his schedule as he can. I wouldn't use anyone else, even if they offered to do it at half the price.

Although he had to reschedule a couple of times due to inclement weather, when he finally did the work, he did a great job. Very reasonable and we will use him again.

He was punctual, professional and extremely helpful in prepping my vehicle that I was getting ready to sell. He did a great job my his detail and cleaning work... I would highly recommend him.

Provider cleaned my vehicle inside and out. We agreed that he would pretreat the upholstery and do his best to remove stains. He definitely did that. He did an excellent job and he will be my go-to guy for auto detailing.

Provided the service as promised. But hooked up to my employers water supply to fill the tank on his truck. I was not comfortable with this.
