"Drew and his crew were fantastic. I was contacted in less than an hour and he was here to diagnose the problem within 2 hours of contact. Within 4 hours of his initial visit I had a new furnace and my A/C was better than before. This was something I knew I would need soon so I was very comfortable with options and pricing I was given for repairs. The best part was even though this was a cold call and I didn't have a prior appointment Drew made it feel like I had been on the books for weeks and that he had meticulously planned the repair. I have never seen a home repair go as smoothly as this did. The entire crew was friendly and I couldn't have asked for better service. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I can safely say Hornets is up there with the best! Thank you Drew and Crew!"
