"Joe and crew did a wonderful job on our 3000 square foot deck. The deck had been replaced by different contractor who really messed it up in two years we had warped boards, pooping nails and wood cracks Large ones. Joe came in replaced all the damaged parts, pressure washed everything including the backyard fencing and repainted two coats including the 300 spindles. The work was professionally done and it looks amazing. I would recommend Joe for any custom exterior work."

"Hal Moore and his amazing Sanderling team transformed my old, crumbling oceanfront cottage into a fortified beautiful jewel that I never knew was hiding underneath the dangerously weathered structure and extremely dated interior!. From our very first conversation, I knew not only that Hal had the experience and savvy to preserve and improve the house, but also that I could trust him with a big project I'd have to manage from a distance. Neither of us imagined the ugly surprises that would be uncovered along the way, or the insane supply chain issues and subcontractor shortages that plagued the entire process. The team pulled off multiple miracles, found excellent solutions to SO many challenges...I'm convinced many builders would have been tempted to throw up their hands and walk away. But Hal had a vision of what was possible and he never gave up. I hoped for better protection from the elements and modest interior improvements.
