"Needed fencing installed to keep groundhogs from taking up residence under our deck. Brady came up with a creative and complete solution that made sure the varmints were out and would not return. Would use again."

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Sparkle (George) and his team. The back of my house was transformed from a speckled green camouflage collection of spider webs to a sparkly clean, fresh-looking background for any fall backyard activity we plan. The work team was very mindful of my mulch areas and plants and asked me to inspect the results before they left so they could catch any spots that needed extra attention. Call these guys. you'll be glad you did."

"We are very pleased with the work done by Rusty and his crew. We had our kitchen cabinets and walls painted. When some unexpected problems arose with the way the paint was adhering to the cabinets, Rusty worked until he figured out a solution. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows. Crew was punctual and cleaned up after themselves daily."

Patios questions, answered by experts

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it meets certain criteria. For instance, it must be completely enclosed with solid walls and a roof. It should also have a heating and cooling source similar to the rest of the home. Finally, the porch should have direct access to and from the interior of your house.

Creating a screen room is one of the most cost-effective ways to enclose a patio so you can still use it in the winter. Most screen rooms aren’t insulated, so you’ll need to wrap up warm or use patio heaters in winter. Also, be aware they might not hold up well if you live in a location where heavy snow is common.

In most cases, you can attach a greenhouse to any type of house. However, certain factors need to be considered, such as the structural integrity of the house, available space, and local building regulations. You should consult with a professional contractor or architect to assess the feasibility and ensure proper construction methods.

Yes, a sunroom will require a permit. You may just need a general construction permit for a screened-in porch or solarium. For a three-season room with electricity and a four-season room with electric, heating, and cooling, you’ll need additional permits for each of the utilities, as well as a roofing permit.

The average cost to enclose a patio to create a sunroom is around $5,000, and prices generally range from $3,000 up to $10,000. The price you pay will depend on the state of your patio and whether it needs repairs or additional structural support, the quality of the materials you choose, the size of your patio, and whether you plan to run utilities into and finish the sunroom. The price for a fully finished patio enclosure could run up to around $20,000, while you might pay just $2,500 for a screened-in porch.
