"Another outstanding job by Jim! The back deck was in desperate need of repairs and needed to be taken care of ASAP, as the house was about to be listed. Jim rearranged his schedule to fit me in almost immediately. He replaced pieces of the deck, power washed, scraped, sanded, and stained the back deck. His attention to detail was very apparent. The deck went from an eyesore to looking almost new within a matter of hours. It looks amazing! He also hung a storm door for me on the back porch. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. Mike returned our calls promptly, showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job for a fair price and on top of all that is a nice guy. What more could one ask for in a contractor?
