Carolina Pro Clean was very responsive to our inquiry. Provided an estimate based on our needs. They set up an appointment and on the scheduled day they contacted us to see it they could come early. The service man was very efficient and went about his work. We are very pleased with how our chairs and carpets look. Would definitely use them again.
