There were a few minor imperfections and inconsistencies that, although not immediately noticeable, could have been better addressed."

The only thing I would like to see is more responsive comms, but I also understand how hard it is to balance "front office" work with the project work for a small business. And David works 7 days a week. If he makes a project commitment, he keeps it. They are delightful people who I am looking forward to working with again."

One difficult project was undertaken to prevent flooding on ground floor after severe storms. The creative solution was to raise the lower level floor height with 6 inches of concrete. Then new tile floor was added, ceiling ductwork moved to comply with code, and exterior door replaced. Doors were retro fitted, mechanics moved, and powder bath remodeled to fit change in floor. This action solved the problem of repeated water intrusion in the house. We are very pleased with Patterson Construction."
