"From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. He quickly arranged to meet me at the home at a time convenient for me even though it meant close to an hour drive for him on a weekend. He was transparent in his business transactions, fairly estimating the cost of the project and providing documentation of costs. At each stage of this project, which involved demolition and rebuilding of the carport roof, Michael kept me updated via phone calls, text messages and email. He was very accommodating in doing additional work that I requested. He and his crew cleaned up the work area outside the home at the end of each day. The finished project was great. "Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."
