"From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement.
