"I was in need and he was the only one that came up on HomeAdvisor. I called and he was very prompt and polite. He gave me a travel price and I agreed. He came and said it was an hour drive. Came in the house and gave me a price and it was high. He was not in my house and didn't take him more than 3 min. to fix my problem and then raised the price 15.00 more dollars. Overall I had no choice because I only live with one bathroom but I can't and can not afford those kind of prices. He was very nice but I felt because I was a single women he felt he could charge anything he wanted. I did not do my research but you can bet I will the next time."

He walked us through everything that would be done. He showed us multiple options which could work and how we could do the work in stages. He helped us prioritize what should be done first, second and so on. When it came to financing - letâ s face it - these repairs are not inexpensive - he helped us with the ins and outs of the financing getting us the best deal possible. The warranty offered transferred to the new owners when we eventually sold our home. I would use Tarheel Basement again without any hesitation. A good quality company with integrity - something thatâ s hard to find in todayâ s environment."
