Our 5 year-old LG refrigerator stopped working due to a compressor gone bad. We called John Michael & Associates, who gave us a quote and encouraged us to call LG for authorization to receive replacement parts because they were still under warranty. John came the next morning to complete the repair, and had all neccesary parts with him. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and quite helpful, providing considerable detail about the repair while he worked. It's now a week later and our refrigerator is working well. John will be our go-to person for any future appliance repairs, for sure!

My issue was actually a plumbing issue, but they gave me note on what to tell the plumber and were very professional. Would recommend !

Very well. It turned out the problem was not in the machine, but with the outflow to the drain. David, the tech, figured it out by methodically testing the components and in the end, we didn't need any new parts. When he left it was working and has worked through multiple loads of laundry (we had a big backlog) since then.

David came first day and analyzed the problem, cleaned the dryer mechanisms, ordered the part and came back a dew days later to install the new part. Runs like new!

Appointment setup was a breeze. John arrived on time and was both friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. Identification of problem was timely. Parts ordered and he return two days later, installed the needed parts (actually not all that were ordered as some turned out not to be needed) and the dryer has been very quiet since. Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat if needed. I am so thrilled to finally have found a reliable appliance tech!

Representative John S. came to diagnose our washing machine. He provided helpful info by phone prior to the appointment. He was professional in appearance and demeanor, and very knowledgeable. He identified and explained the problem in detail (the need to replace the motor, an expensive repair), and noted the appliance was now 10 years old. The clear choice was to replace the appliance, to which he added some points to consider when shopping for a new one from local retailers. The appointment coordinator, Kim, was also very professional and courteous on the phone. We would definitely use this company again.

He checked the drain in the back of the refrigerator and flushed out, replaced a hose and then did same for inside. Involved process for getting everything pulled out. He was very focused and careful of parts and pieces being removed. There is a warranty on the work done and he reminded me to call if any problems or questions. I was appreciative of that attitude. Some repair workers, fix and leave.
