"Austin was great!!! His communication and explanation of recommended solutions was like no other. He was tasked to fix an issue from previous plumber that would not come back to correct faulty install of spigot and water hydrant. Austin explained what happened with the previous installation and the below par accessories that the previous plumber used. Austin also installed water faucet , water line , trench, and installed French drain for outdoor sink that we had waited for the previous plumber to install for almost 2 years . We highly recommend Austin for his quality of work, professionalism, explanation of resolution and communication from first call to job completion! I had some reservation that the plumber could find the leak let alone fixing it. "The owner of this company, Sunder Khemlani, called me after I place a search on HomeAdvisor. I don t answer calls from numbers I don t recognize so he left a message. When I finally got time to return his call he was very helpful & professional. He told me he could come in the next few days & that his office would call me to make an appointment, which they did in the next hour or so. The person in the office who called to make our appointment was also very polite, professional & helpful; we made an appointment for 11:00 AM on Wednesday. The company sent a text to confirm the appointment on Tuesday & another reminder on Wednesday morning. Mr. Khemlani called me about 1/2 hour before the appointment to give me his ETA & was on time & ready to work at 11. I m most impressed by this company s promptness which is extremely rare these days. Also, I was very impressed with All Plumbing Services professionalism. I would definitely use them again."
