"We had our chimney resurfaced with a more durable ;bird proof EIFS synthetic stucco. Fernandez stucco did a great job and the chimney looks like new. Juan was easy to work with, kept us up to date and was always responsive to questions. The crew worked hard and seemed to be a nice group of guys. "AMAZING JOB!! Showed up on time everyday ready to work. Very respectful of being in someone's home and very careful. They spent almost an entire day putting up plastic and prepping the walls and areas that would be painted. Very time consuming but as a result I didn't have paint where it wasn't supposed to be. They did an excellent job taking down wallpaper that had been up for over 20 years and did not damage the walls. I was most thrilled with my oak cabinets in the kitchen. I had been warned not to try to paint them but Rafael (owner) and I researched different techniques which they implemented and the cabinets look fantastic. I feel like I have a new house. Rafael was easily accessible by text, phone, e-mail and very responsive. He stopped by almost every day to make sure I was pleased. I would definitely recommend Hi-Lite Paints for interior or exterior work."
