"To say Chris and his team of expert carpenters "repaired and replaced" our sad, worn out deck is an understatement. What was a neglected deck of age is now a refreshed deck and boardwalk ready to welcome (safely) our neighbors, friends and family to enjoy the upcoming warm seasons lakeside. Chris and his team completed the project on time and on budget (with a few exceptions to uncovering unknown water damage - and even so, being very reasonable for the extra costs and labor). The reason for digging a full size basement under a house with only a crawl space at the time was to build my mother a tornado shelter.
