"Without a significant hitch, and the minor ones that will ALWAYS crop up in a project this size were handled quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. Very happy with finished project, and will be using Haines on smaller master bath remodel."

"This is the second time we used Closets By Design. Our first project was 4 years ago and they did our master bedroom closet, an office and a huge pantry for our condo. It was perfect. This time went well, although there were a couple of hiccups. Nothing that was earth-shattering and they fixed it immediately. We plan to use them again in our new home. Very highly recommend.
