The work was thorough, clearly explained, & the finished product looks excellent. But the biggest positive was the crew. They worked incredibly hard every day on a physically demanding, messy job, yet remained professional, disciplined, & respectful. They took great care of our home, kept debris contained, & cleaned up afterward. Matt took time to explain the full system to us & went above & beyond to help replace insulation that had fallen, even though it wasn't part of the job. Taylore & Gavin were equally helpful, helping us salvage & store shelving materials and remove a few stubborn pieces we couldn't manage ourselves. I'm genuinely impressed by their work ethic, attitude, & pride in doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend Groundworks, but especially these three young men. I have already told people that I talk to if you need concrete done, they need to use this company and nobody else. I believe in what I write here and I believe what the consult with me prior to doing the job. Great job from the beginning with Melody and all the way through until the backfill was complete. "The company installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space and closed off all vents to correct and keep in check moisture under the house._x000D_|_x000D_|Also, they were to dig trenches in front of the house to divert water from the house but did not do that part because the "front guy" did not figure the drainage plan correctly. This person and the company were notified of this and it was to be re-designed and completed at a later date. As of November 4, 2013 we have not received a call to schedule this part of the original contract dated 08-26-13."
