My experience with A & Q Roofing was excellent and I am delighted to recommend this firm. First, the owner, Mr. Kareem Boone, met with me on the site three times before we entered into a contract. This was over the course of several months. Secondly, I needed to hire a firm that was "Fortified" certified, meaning that the roof was hurricane resilient. When Mr. Boone and I first met, he was not certified but went through the process of getting certified which means that he becomes involved in a relationship with a consultant that assures the insurance companies that the work was done properly, and results in an improvement in my rates due to the reduction in loss exposure. Having this additional oversight is comforting to the homeowner, but can be an inconvenience to the roofing contractor as s/he has to have various phases of the roof installment approved. Mr. Boone accepted this additional burden to him without complaint, and, frankly, maintained a positive disposition throughout the whole process. The first day of work, he and his team of approximately ten workers arrived at about 7:00 AM and they didn't stop until well after 5:00. In three days they were finished and on the fourth day, Mr. Boone returned to make sure that "clean-up" was complete. In addition, he was on the site everyday and working alongside his employees on the roof himself. We concluded with no "surprise" charges, though replacing a 50 year old roof that, itself, had been added onto, presented some issues. In conclusion, I am delighted with the results. My home is much more secure from the weather and looks significantly better. I can't imagine being more satisfied.

I had a 30 year old roof that required replacement. I had multiple estimates done and A&Q (Kareem) came to the house estimated the roof cost (not the lowest but definitely not the highest for high quality Corning shingles, underlayment, vents, boots, drip edges, etc.) and he and his crew came back within the week and were able to put a new roof on in 1 day. I have an average size ranch and they not only installed a beautiful new roof but also cleaned up everything so besides the beautiful roof you would not even known that they were here. Excellent work and ethics. Very professional and very knowledgeable people. If you need a roof, go with this guy.

Kareem was great to work with! His team members, who actually did the roof work, were the hardest workers I have ever engaged! Completed the roof as scheduled! Clean up each day was amazing! Only found one nail a couple days after they left, which was definitely hidden from the magnetic roller they use for hours to completely check and double check our grounds. Before and after Highly recommended!
