"I had a very great experience from Daniel my sales rep all the way through the to the team that scheduled the install. The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. They don't cut corners and you get what you pay for with this company."

"Jesse did an outstanding job! He transformed our back deck by installing a railing and gutters, He repaired the flooring and the steps leading off the deck and added non-slip strips. He also power-washed the house and, noticing some minor issues, made some additional suggestions and repairs. Jesse was very friendly. and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We recommend Renaissance Property Services wholeheartedly and without reservation. "Much more than a complete siding job. Pergo flooring throughout the entire house, replacing 26 year old carpet. We had a new porch build with a roof fence built, another porch refurbished, inside work. After seeing the skill level we added more work we wanted to complete like tree removal, new security light, porch ceiling fan etc…we love our new oasis. Would recommend for any job big or small!"
