Install wood fence with gate along the front of my house. Immediately the gate latch broke. It was a small wire loop through the wood. A panel was missing leaving a gap that my deaf puppy escaped from. After a couple of months the gate sagged so much it was not usable. Shortly after that it literally fell apart with boards lying on the ground. The attitude was very poor. A sag kit was put on the gate which is already beginning to sag and will become unusable. Tristan said he had to make good business decisions and a gate repair wasnâ t a good decision. I will have to pay someone to redo the fencing after paying 2500. He no longer responds to my request for a new gate.

Even though the tear down and rebuild of my large deck was a long process, the work done was excellent, the creative ideas appreciated, the work ethic greatly appreciated and they are fun to work with. I will be using them on future projects. Highly recommend them. I have a beautiful new deck!

We were immediately on the same page with design, layout, materials, timeframe. He resolved an outstanding issue (from another trades project) with the permitting office that I was unaware of. His crew is friendly, polite and personable as well. The deck looks great! I have already asked him to work on another project for me which is to convert a window to my new deck. We offered Tristen/ Precision Exterior Concepts a hugely difficult project. One He accepted without hesitation. Our 2 story deck with glass greenhouse was in total disrepair. He was hired to remove all and rebuild even adding a sunroom and screened in porch. Also replacing pickets with goat panels. To say he finished the job is huge understatement. We were Absolutely blown away. His vision for our home was definitely more than we could have EVER anticipated. The beauty of our home is his work. Our job for him was a huge task and he NAILED IT!
