The owner of Paint One Inc., Pedro Pedreira has over 15 years of experience in the painting industry. He started his career as a subcontractor working on residential and commercial painting projects. While working as a subcontractor, he noticed that many house painting companies did not care about the quality of the finished work and cut corners to maximize profits, deceiving customers in the process. Also, witnessed many outstanding warranty issues going unresolved. His overall feeling was that many painting contractors only cared about money. Paint One is a residential and commercial painting company with more than 75 employees. To maintain complete control over the quality of the painting projects we undertake, our house painting division does not use subcontractors for residential interior and exterior painting projects. The job was done well. It was a bit tedious because we did not have the screens removed before they painted the porch, but they did a great job taping up and making everything look nice. The workers were diligent and took pride in their work. Vini oversaw the job and communicated with me. I would hire them again.

Working with Vini was a wonderful experience. I needed someone who could help me start updating my townhouse before moving to Charleston from another city. Vini was able to provide an estimate, complete the work, and keep me updated through phone calls and pictures without hesitation. He honored the coupon listed in the profile and his quote was nearly half that of two other companies I contacted. The work included scraping popcorn ceilings and painting the entire interior including ceilings, walls, and trim of an 1100sqft home. I have not seen the final work in person but the pictures look incredible!

Excellent work! Painted the entire exterior or our house also almost every interior room. Very professional crew. Absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, they are no longer doing repaints only new construction. Best painters we have ever had!

The guys who painted the house were good and did a good job. Dwayne, the boss, was rude, short on his statements. I would NOT use them again. Also their price was very high and any "extra" work that was needed was extremely high priced. Also their workers damaged our driveway and at first he tried to deny it.

They were very easy to work with. They were efficient and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They didn't leave any kind of extra work for me, which I appreciated at the time.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Paint One. We met with the Project Manager, Dwayne, who gave a thorough explanation of what they would do and supplied us with a detailed breakdown. We went with Paint One because we were impressed with his knowledge and presentation and the Angie's List reviews. The three man crew was polite, professional, very hard-working and efficient and they left the site clean at the end of the day. Elvis did a great job on some difficult carpentry work involving several rotted boards. Dwayne came out periodically to check on the progress and encouraged us to contact him anytime with any questions or comments. He kept a close tab on the project and went over everything thoroughly to ensure that we were completely satisfied. In addition, he made some good suggestions along the way, but we never felt any pressure. The house was properly prepped and caulked, the painting was neat and crisp and they came every day until the job was done. A final bonus was having the exterior windows washed as well. We will be using Paint One again for our future painting needs.
