"Our garage door opener was not working properly and we were able to schedule a next-day appointment (on the weekend) via the website, within a reasonably narrow time frame (2hrs). John Patton arrived promptly, provided excellent explanations of the work to be done, and was able to perform the work immediately with supplies from his truck. (We needed a new opener and new springs.) As he was performing the work, he was very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had, and he even set up the opener with our vehicles. I have no notes for John. I felt that the price was a bit high given the cost of the parts themselves, but the convenience and great service took most of the sting out of that."

"Had a spring replaced and the guy left without testing that the garage door would properly open and close which it did not. Turns out the door is off alignment. Can confirm by manually closing the garage door which one side does not close correctly."

"The folks at The Aluminum Company never fail to please! They replaced our exterior with vinyl siding about 8 or 9 years ago along with rebuilding both of our porches. We also hired them to replace our gutters and roof in 2017. The wood doesn’t hold up like it used to. Dallas suggested we replace our porches with Trex and vinyl posts. We are very pleased with the results! Beautiful work!!"

We also work with builders when doing a remodel, an addition, or complete new construction. Rental property? Sure - we work with local real estate agents to get the property repaired, or ready to pass a home inspection prior to sale.
"I hate to do this. First time giving a bad review to a contractor however I have to warn other potential customers. George installed a garage door at my home going on two months ago. The door he ordered was too small and has a few inch gap between the top of the door and door frame. He told me this could be remedied by ordering a trim piece that can fill the gap and he would be over to fix it the following week. No problem right. Well two months later and I have yet to hear from George. I have called and emailed him once weekly to try and reach him to no avail. I gave George the job because he was a small business and had a veteran discount advertised on his website. As a disabled Veteran I thought he would be a good guy. As it turns out I paid him in full over $1300 even though the job was not completed in full (my mistake). As of this posting inflation is at 10% and times are tough on everyone. We are all working hard for what we have and would like to get what we pay for, it is not personal. If George does fix this problem I will be happy to revise this posting and change the poor rating, however as of now the job is not finished."
