All-American Garage Door was terrific. They called within an hour of me posting the job and did the estimate for free. I needed all the wires and springs replaced on my 20 year old garage doors. They set an appointment for the best afternoon and arrived in time. The work was complete in a few hours. Everything besides the actual doors and openers was replaced. They’re so quiet and smooth now it’s amazing. We use them a lot and I feel like we got a very high quality product and job with a written warranty.

Easy to see why All American has such good reviews: Brian gave me a great price without any haggling or up-selling. Joey the installer did a thorough job; explaining everything he did and why. He handled the huge door panels by himself; had the entire job done in under four hours. He refused to leave until every hinge was lubricated and every fingerprint was wiped away. Sorry I waited so long to replace my door: the new opener is so quiet and it has a smartphone app to open and close the door. Highly recommended!!!

What an exceptional experience! Both my neighbor and myself (residents of Apex) vetted several other companies but this company, in the end, met all of our needs. Contacted Brian who personally came out and outlined different products and options (absolutely no pressure)! Brain was great working with us in scheduling and his installers were fantastic in both their professionalism and skill; they also took the necessary time to address questions that we had about the product. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Brian was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He worked quickly and explained each procedure to me. He offered some options for improvement of my system, but did not pressure me at all, which I appreciated. The garage door works better than it ever has and I appreciate Brian's prompt and efficient service. I believe that his prices for the parts, the repair, the remote, and the service call are fair.

I contacted the company on Friday afternoon with my non-emergency problem (the springs wouldn't hold garage door up on their own) and they came Monday afternoon. In and out in about an hour. They replaced the springs as well as a couple of other pieces that were probably original to the system (25 years old).

Called them in need of having my new door motor installed. Last min call and he jumped up and headed my way. This is the second time using this company and it’s always been great. Once he was over there he installed the motor and rebuilt the hardware on the door for that quiet smooth working operation. Top notch and best in town for services he has given me. These guys were awesome. That were honest and pleasant to work with. They ended up replacing 20 year old springs along with doing preventative maintenance on my doors.

He was able to come out within an hour of my initial call, which was very convenient. The pricing for the springs was comparable to a few other quotes that I had gotten. My garage door is approximately 40 years old, so due to the age of it, I ended up having him replace the springs, rollers, pulleys and shafts while he was there. He had to replace one of the door hinges due to its condition, but he did not charge me extra. He also gave me some tips on maintaining everything and some of the signs as to when we would definitely need to replace the entire door. I expected whoever came out to do the repair to be a little pushy and try to sell me a new door since mine is so dated, but I happily did not experience that. He was very professional and helpful.
