Cody went above and beyond to provide quality work at a reasonable price. He is super nice and I was very impressed. I highly recommend him.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He listened to my story and then conducted his own detailed inspection. Upon completion he said we had only one small area of mold. Following his full remediation of this area, he said our home was in good condition and presented no health risks to us. He cleaned up before he left and was gone in about one hour. He could have tried to sell me added services, but he did not. I highly recommend Duck and would not hesitate to call him again if needed.

I have a live animal in the duct work. Before arrival Cody was confident he would get it. He was here less than an hour. Confirmed animal is there but said he could not get it. Charged $150. He assured me the max would be $200 and that was if he had to go into several runs. Only one run was opened. No other real work was done. It is ok if he cannot get it. Just overcharged. He is the 3rd company. Charged the most and did the least.
