Buster was great he knew that it was warm in the house so he worked hard to ensure we had air as quickly as possible. He also answered any questions that I had. Everyone at Pinnacle is great, they respond quickly when there is a problem, even after hours. I would highly recommend them.

He was honest about telling me I didn't need a whole unit. He said that I might eventually but right now he fixed the problem. My neighbors had told me that he was good so they recommended him. I didn't compare prices. He came the very day I called and he knew that I needed help. I would call him if I needed a unit.

Fred came out right when I called him to replace a broken part on my Air Conditioning. He got the problem solved within an hour. He was very honest especially he didn't try to get me to buy a new unit or more expensive part. He went with right fix instead of the most expensive fix. I will definitely be using his service in the future should I ever have to.
