He returned this Spring to help re-sod our back yard (we wanted to change from fescue to Bermuda grass) and he sealed the patio. I cannot praise Nicholas enough - he is a grading master and a patio artist! Our patio is 8 years old and looks brand new. He has trimmed trees, cut and cleared brush, power washed my house, put down landscaping border around my front yard, brought in mulch, graveled my driveway, planted grass ((which came up where two others tried to plant and couldnâ  t get grass to grow), raked leaves, and pine straw, etc. I believe there is nothing this man canâ  t do.
