I got back from vacation to my upstairs unit not working. They came out the next day and talked me through everything that was happening. He figured out it was an electrical problem and even referred an electrician to me that came out 2 hours later to fix the problem. I will 100% be using them in the future!

I was blown away by my experience with Shamrock. 2 other companies told me I needed a new unit and that my 6 yr old unit was basically junk. Shamrock found the small hole instantly ( others did not even check for it), showed me exactly what was wrong and what would fix it, came the following morning and repaired my unit for a fraction of what it would've cost me anywhere else. My AC has been running perfectly ever since. Will and Bobby were nothing short of professional, caring and efficient. I highly recommend their services and can't thank them enough for their honesty and expertise!

Did not show up for the appointment until after I contacted angi I paid him $480.00, the job is not finished, he did not even check the filters, communication with hem has been terrible.

Technicians Will and Gerald arrived on time and began diagnosis of my Central A/C unit. Very knowledgeable and explained the steps they were taking. Found two problems and had both spare parts on truck and completed job in 1 hr. Such a good experience. Will definitely call again if needs arise.

The service persons showed up in a timely manner-showed me what the problem was. Cleaned the coils, which hadn't been cleaned since the installation was done in 2004, I was surprised at the amount of dirt that had accumulated. I appreciated them going over everything that was needed. Unit has been running smoothly since their visit.

My A/C went out and my home warranty sent out a company that said the coil needed to be replaced. They sent me an invoice that was way more than I expected so I decided to get another opinion. I listed my issue on Home Advisor Sunday morning and Shamrock called me within 10 mins. They came out to diagnose my issue free of charge AND knowing that I had been without air for a week already they loaned us a window unit. They came out the next day, put the window unit in and checked my system. Found out that the issue was not the coil, but even if it was the charge was way less than the invoice I had received from the other company. Thanks to Shamrock our air is working better than ever. Very prompt, courteous and thorough. Fixed issues that previous company created. Highly recommend!!

Shamrock called me almost immediately and the technician began diagnosing my problem over the phone, warning me to turn off my air conditioner before I did permanent damage. He came the next morning and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He cleaned and fixed the unit and it is cooling better than it ever has since we purchased the house 6 years ago. My daughter complains she is too cold now, and we have it set at the same temp as always. The tech was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. They will be my "Go-to" repair company now!
