"Andrew, the company's owner, was in my area so stopped by an hour after I called to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to remove mold caused by a plumbing leak in my crawl space.  He showed up when he said he would and he called when he was on his way as I requested.  He conducted a thorough inspection and offered a solution that was effective and lower priced than other estimates.  We scheduled it for the next morning and it was completed as promised. I will definitely be calling again when I plan to replace my crawl space encapsulation. I would also refer Amy friends and family who need this work done.  I felt that he was fair, responsive, and that he treated my situation with an individualized plan- with effectiveness and cost considered."

"The actual roofing job in 2014 went fine. We were pleased with the initial work and the price. However, the company’s follow up is sorely lacking. They responded when we had a concern about some of the new roofing within a couple of weeks. Our second issue it took much longer to get a response from them. Now in 2019, we have been trying to get them to come and check out our roof for hail damage. We can’t get anyone to call us. Just some texts and passing off of responsibility. Their customer service is poor."

"Our dryer vent was 99% percent clogged. Hector came out accessed our issue and immediately went to work. He managed to dislodge half a grocery bag of lint. Even after it looked like the vent was clear he went back in with his cleaner two more times just to be sure. He is extremely courteous and congenial and cleaned up after the job. Hector is the exact type of service person that you want to hire. I would give more than 5 starts if I could. We will hire him again for additional jobs."
