Tree Kings were fantastic! They were timely, efficient, professional, respectful and thorough. The arborist was excellent and provided an excellent report. The trees and stumps were removed quickly and they cleaned everything up thoroughly. I would highly recommend Tree Kings for tree removal and trimming. Joe was a pleasure to work with and I would use them again without reservation.

Wanted to use because the owner was taking a much needed vacation. When Andrew, salesman, came for the estimate he did not acknowledge the referral. He said *who* We agreed on what I wanted done and he suggested a price. I told him that was 3 times what I expected to pay. He justified the price by saying it is an ALL DAY JOB. I asked when they start work and he said 8:00. To me, all day is 8:00-4:00, or 8:00 to 3:00, maybe 8:00-2:00, or 8:00-1:00, maybe even 8:00-12:00 but, he knew I was leaving before 10:00 for a 10:00 appt. I also said that it would be at least 2 hours. So, he said they would still be there after noon and added that it is an ALL DAY JOB. He said this to justify the overpricing of the job. However, they started at 8:10 and pulled out of the driveway at 9:40. I had not even left for my appointment and they said they were done! I don not think 90 minutes is all day in anyones opinion. Minimally, they should have been there after my appointment because he said they would again, this is what he said to get me to agree to this price. When they arrived for the job, Andrew immediately says that the men stated they did not need to cut back one side of one tree. Shocking. They say they can do less work. I said NO. I want the job we agreed to. A 6 to 10 year cut back of my two backyard trees. Of course they can say they can do less work. The tree I am unhappy with the work, I was told by Andrew *you are going to be scared when you see how far this tree will be cut! You will not recognize your tree so do not be worried. it will look skeletal but do not be scared! Each time, I replied I am not scared. That is what I want! When the two men were actively working on that tree, I stated they were not cutting it enough. The guy on the ground said *he said...I am a she so, I do not know who he is? The guy on the roof told me what he did. I said I watched and can see. This is supposed to be cut way back. He only used a pole saw from my roof. MINIMIALLY THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THE JOB THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND ANDREW HAS NOT CALLED TO CHECK BACK.

I highly recommend this company! They were incredible professional, responsive, kind, and did an amazing job on a huge tree removal…and left my yard looking amazing with the clean up! Every single person on this crew, including both owners, were wonderful!!! I feel very fortunate that I found them and will definitely spread the word!!!

Very professional, friendly, and fast. Committed they clean up. In total an excellent job. I will have them again for a total pruning of all my trees and shrubs. I will not look for another company.In the future. They were on time ,gave me an estimate and honored it. Total satisfaction.

They were very good with one minor exception, which we plan to call them about. We had to go away before we realized there was a solution to a problem one of their men said couldn't be dealt with.

My 92 year old parents said they hired Tree Kings to remove 3 scrub oaks one barely 8 feet tall that were on their property. This company charged them $2500. They took advantage of my parents. Wrong on every level

These guys were amazing, Patrick set me up and then he told me about my trees, nobody else gave me any details about my trees problems, we are dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Michael and these guys did all the right things plus gave me the lowest bid, I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their trees, all the guys are friendly and courteous, I will have them again for all our trees, Thanks guys for doing such a great job, I feel like I made some new friends

Good company and communication. Some misinterpretations, but all is well. Came out late during storm to cut down uprooting tree.
