Gave me an install date and was there got the units all installed in about 4 hours. I did not ask for a repair as it was a split unit and ac was about 10 years old but the heat was 25+ and was the one giving me trouble. After talking with my husband we decided to upgrade the whole system. It is working great. I had one question and texted him and he responded. So they did the work and stand behind it.
