"It's my opinion that the quality of what they do is pretty good. It was a bit difficult getting in touch with them at times, but communication was okay using texts. Price was the huge drawback; pretty expensive for what was done.

Projects 1 and 2 seemingly went fine. Project 3 caused a few issues as they started mid day on some things causing more visits to finish than probably necessary. I also had to call multiple times for them to finish items they forgot about. The tile installation looks pretty good and so far the leak looks to be resolved.

For those considering them the estimate may include approximations for materials, and after I provided the tile materials for project 3 (shower pan) the materials cost were still on the high side of their ranges.

Not a terrible service, just a company I probably wouldn't use again due to cost.
