My project was not part of an addition or remodel but was faucet replacement in the kitchen. Mike came with Octavio on time and they jumped right in, removing the old faucet which was leaking from its base. After discussing the issue, I picked up an identical new faucet while they did some other business for an hour. Upon their return, they hopped right to it, put in the new equipment and cleaned up the water under the sink. Mike then climbed under and checked the work of his new employee, assuring that everything was up to standard and done right. It is rare that a supervisor is onsite to assure that a quality job is done. They were fast and efficient professionals and I was in on everything as the job went along. I would recommend Mike and his company without reservation.

Mike was fabulous! He was responsive, timely, and work was top notch. He took care of all plumbing work associated with a major master bath remodel with ease. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him for any/ all plumbing projects. He is a master at his craft.

We chose Mike Janssen as a second opinion to a water heater install by Fix-it 24-7 and a furnace install by Plumb Line. The estimates from Fix-it 24-7 and Plumb Line were ridiculously high. Mike did both installs using the same equipment the big companies were going to use at a 1/4 and a 1/3 the cost. Mike did an outstanding job on both installs. Communication was great and Mike stuck to his time line. We will no longer need a second opinion because we are going straight to Mike Janssen at Plumbaroos for any of our plumbing or heating needs.
