If any issue arose, whether it was with supply-chain delays, questions with our project, or an interaction with neighbors/HOA, etc, he immediately called and gave us a heads-up. Brendan and his crew were there to accept appliance deliveries when we couldn't be there. He pointed out TO US items that we would not have noticed on the walk-through that he felt should be included on the punchlist. Just can't say enough about how pleased we are with the work that was done, and the process of working with Brendan was like working with someone we've known for a long time.
