"We had roof damage and our deck was destroyed during the hurricane. TG came in and fixed the roof plus tore out the old deck and replaced it...plus an addition to the deck and build a new roof for the deck. Gaps between tiles are necessary to help with weatherproofing, allow for thermal expansion, and increase wind resistance.
