I needed my existing gutters replaced. I was concerned about existing damage before installing the new gutters. Steel restoration inspected all of my facia boards and reported no damage. They even corrected a minor defect not related to the gutter installation.They were prompt, courteous, professional, outstanding.

We had a leak on a two year old roof and the original roofer and crew could not pinpoint the leak and recommended me to Steele. I contacted them and they immediately came out, gave an estimate and completed the work quickly and correctly (matching the shingles - explaining all work in detail) and cleaned up all for a reasonable price. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Steele completed a small roof repair with some damaged shingles and a flashing problem. The service person had 2 small errors to come back and fix. This was promptly handled and corrected. The experience with this company was excellent.

Steele Restoration was prompt. They came out the same afternoon we realized we had a problem to assess it and then quickly got a tarp up to prevent any more damage before repairing it the next week.

The third time I insisted they sent a more skilled and knowledgeable subcontractor and he actually did a good job. But they removed half the stone and walked away from the job. This took four months! It was left up to me to hire stonemason and pay for that job.

Currently in the middle of a billing dispute but the repair guys were courteous and did everything we needed to fix our problem.
