He explained the damages, we got an adjuster to come out for damages. We hired them, they came out about 2 weeks ago. Jaime and his crew showed up about 6:30am and finished our roof by 3:30pm with clean up. I had a question about my roof, I called The owner, and she was able to explain and answer my question. They identified water damaged plywood roof decking and replaced it with new wood as seen in the photos. Communication with Hugh was excellent and he beat the closest estimate by a thousand bucks. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and neatly hauling away all of the old roofing material with them. The entire project was complete in one day. It has rained a few times since the job was finished and not a drop of water has gotten through the new roof! These guys are highly recommened!"
